About 

An Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of industry experience in manufacturing companies. He has worked his way up through the career ladder from being a beginner trainee Engineer to becoming the Senior Vice President and ultimately reaching the goal of being the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a company. During these years he has worked throughout the spectrum of Operations Functions. He has worked in like Manufacturing, Quality Maintenance, Materials, Design, And Sales & Marketing. At senior positions, he has had the exposure in posts like General Management, IR, Finance and all other responsibilities of a Profit Center Head.
He has served for 5 years as a State Director of Craftsmen Training in the capacity of an Ex–Officio & Joint Secretary to a State Government. During this period, he was responsible for Government and private ITIs spread across the State of Goa. In addition to this, he has held an additional role of General Manager of Tool Room Training Centre (TRTC) and 36 Training-cum-
Production Centers from the Directorate of Industries.

His passion for sharing his knowledge continues in the capacity of
teaching Faculty in reputed Technical & Management Institutes in subjects like Operations Strategy, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management & Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Performance Management System, Supply Chain Management and many others.

His skills in managing people have made him an adored motivational speaker. Being an influential person, he is currently in
the process of penning down his experience and thoughts on the subject into a full-fledged book.
